The thermal transfer of T-shirts is a new printing technology, which uses thermal transfer equipment to transfer the patterns and images on the thermal transfer paper to 160 degrees to 200 degrees and transfer and print them on different materials. , Digital thermal transfer is a technology that combines digital printing technology to print patterns and images in the form of plateless printing on the basis of traditional sublimation thermal transfer. There are two most important criteria for identifying thermal transfer color printing inks:
1. It is the purity of the ink. The purity of the ink determines the color saturation and reduction degree of the image after transfer.
2. It is the fluency of the ink, that is, the value of the length and area of a print. Fluency determines the printing quality and the continuous length of the printing paper (especially when printing clothing and shoe materials and other thermal transfer papers, there should be no broken lines and flying lines, which are not allowed in terms of production requirements).
Therefore, good ink must guarantee purity and fluency, which is also the most important indicator for distinguishing good and bad ink. According to the production standard of inkjet printing ink, the particle size of ink dyes should not be larger than 0.1 microns. If the particle size is lower than this standard, printer plugging will easily occur, and the quality of ink will be greatly reduced. As a result, the high-end T-shirt pattern that is thermally transferred will not look good.
