Shirt texture
Shirts can be divided into combed cotton shirts, silk shirts, crepe de chine shirts, polyester-cotton shirts, etc. according to the bottom material. When choosing light, thin, soft, cool, stiff, and good air permeability, it is ideal. Since shirt collar linings are often hot-melt adhesive materials, soak them in warm water above 60℃ during washing. As the material of shirts, white poplin was mostly used in the past, but now more shirts made of corrugated, silk, yarn and various chemical fibers are used. There are stand-up collars, large lapels, small lapels, and women also have round or bald collars. Generally speaking, short sleeves are mostly bald collars and round necks, and long sleeves are mostly small lapels.
Advantages and disadvantages of fabrics
In addition to the quality of raw materials for shirt fabrics, yarn count is an important factor in determining the grade of the fabric. The yarn count is the thickness of the yarn. The higher the yarn count, the finer the yarn, and the more complex the process is, the more expensive it is. In the current century, high-end shirts generally use fabrics of 120-180 counts, and even higher-end fabrics have even begun to use fabrics of up to 200-300 counts.
